Location & Accessibility

In-person sessions will be facilitated at 4 Parkdale Crescent NW on the second floor of the Apex Massage building. For your session, enter the building and check in at the front desk. At the time of our appointment, I will come and get you from the waiting room. There is one and two hour free parking available at the front of the building and on the streets surrounding the building. My office is on the second floor that requires utilizing stairs for access. Should accessibility be a concern, I am available for virtual sessions.

Cancellation

I understand that life happens and that there are times when there is a need to cancel a session. I kindly ask for 48 hours notice out of respect for myself and other clients who may be in need of that time slot, and to avoid being charged for a full session.

Most insurance plans cover at least a portion of psychological services with a Canadian Certified Counsellor. Please check your coverage with your specific provider. I currently do not direct bill but am more than happy to provide you with an invoice for you to submit to your insurance company.
